પ્રણામ તથા જય શ્રીકૃષ્ણ મારા સમગ્ર સમાજ પરિવારને,

આપણા શ્રી નાગપુર ગુજરાતી દશા સોરઠિયા વણિક સમાજ તરફ નજર કરું છું ત્યારે મારું હૃદય ગૌરવ અને કૃતજ્ઞતાથી ભરાઈ જાય છે. આપણા સમાજનો દરેક ખૂણો તેના સભ્યોની સેવા, સમર્પણ, ઉત્સાહ અને સહકારથી જીવંત છે. આપણા વડીલોએ વર્ષો સુધી કરેલા ત્યાગ, પરિશ્રમ, વિશ્વાસ અને સંસ્કારોના આધારે આજે આપણો સમાજ એક મજબૂત ઓળખ ધરાવે છે.

મહાજન માત્ર એક સંસ્થા નથી. તે આપણા સમાજની સામૂહિક શક્તિ, ઓળખ, મૂલ્યો અને પરંપરાઓનું જીવંત પ્રતિબિંબ છે. તે એવી મજબૂત પાયાની રચના છે જેના આધાર પર પેઢીઓથી આપણો સમાજ આગળ વધતો આવ્યો છે.

પરંતુ જેમ કોઈ વૃક્ષ તેના મૂળ અને ડાળીઓ વચ્ચેનો સંબંધ મજબૂત હોય ત્યારે જ ઊંચું વધે છે અને ફળદ્રુપ બને છે, તેમ આપણો સમાજ પણ ત્યારે જ સાચા અર્થમાં પ્રગતિ કરી શકે જ્યારે તેની તમામ પાંખો અને વિસ્તરણો એક જ ધ્યેય સાથે કાર્ય કરે.

મહાજન એ મૂળ છે, જે સમાજને સ્થિરતા, માર્ગદર્શન અને સતતતા પ્રદાન કરે છે.

યુવક મંડળ એ એવી ડાળી છે જે યુવાનોની ઊર્જા, નવીન વિચારો, નેતૃત્વ અને ભવિષ્યનું દ્રષ્ટિકોણ સમાજ સુધી પહોંચાડે છે.

મહિલા મંડળ આપણા સમાજનું ધબકતું હૃદય છે, જે પરિવારિક મૂલ્યો, સામાજિક સંબંધો અને સંસ્કારોને મજબૂત બનાવે છે.

મંદિર સમિતિ આપણું આધ્યાત્મિક કેન્દ્ર છે, જે ધર્મ, સંસ્કૃતિ, પરંપરા અને આપણા ધાર્મિક વારસાને જાળવી રાખે છે.

બધાની જવાબદારીઓ અલગ હોઈ શકે, પરંતુ બધાનો ઉદ્દેશ એક જ છે – આપણા સમાજનું કલ્યાણ, પ્રગતિ અને એકતા.

જેમ ડાળી વગર વૃક્ષ અધૂરું લાગે છે અને વૃક્ષ વગર ડાળીનું અસ્તિત્વ નબળું પડે છે, તેમ મહાજન, યુવક મંડળ, મહિલા મંડળ અને મંદિર સમિતિ એકબીજાના પૂરક છે. તેઓ અલગ ઓળખ બનાવવા માટે નથી, પરંતુ એક જ પરિવારના વિવિધ શક્તિ કેન્દ્રો છે.

ક્યારેક પોતાની જવાબદારીઓ નિભાવતા નિભાવતા આપણે અલગ અલગ ટાપુઓ જેવા બની જઈએ છીએ. પરંતુ હકીકતમાં આપણે સૌ એક જ સમુદ્રના ભાગ છીએ.

આપણા વચ્ચે “અમે” અને “તેઓ” જેવી કોઈ ભાવના ન હોવી જોઈએ.

માત્ર “આપણે” હોવું જોઈએ.

યુવાનો આગળ વધે ત્યારે મહાજન આગળ વધે છે.

મહિલાઓ નેતૃત્વ કરે ત્યારે સમાજ વધુ મજબૂત બને છે.

મંદિર વિકસે ત્યારે આપણા સંસ્કાર અને પરંપરાઓ જીવંત રહે છે.

અને મહાજન પ્રગતિ કરે ત્યારે તેની દરેક પાંખ અને દરેક સભ્ય તેનો લાભ મેળવે છે.

સમાજના પ્રમુખ તરીકે મારી દ્રષ્ટિ સત્તાની નહીં, પરંતુ સહભાગિતાની છે.

કોઈ પાંખ નાની નથી. કોઈ પાંખ મોટી નથી.

મહાજનનો હેતુ દરેક સભ્ય, દરેક મંડળ અને દરેક સમિતિને પ્રોત્સાહન, માર્ગદર્શન અને સહયોગ આપવાનો છે.

સમાજના વિકાસ માટે આપણને યુવાનોની ઊર્જા, મહિલાઓની સંવેદના અને મંદિર સમિતિની આધ્યાત્મિક પ્રતિબદ્ધતાને મહાજનના કેન્દ્રસ્થાને લાવવાની જરૂર છે. તે જ રીતે દરેક પાંખે પણ મહાજનને પોતાની સંસ્થા સમજીને તેની સાથે ખભેખભા મિલાવીને કાર્ય કરવું જોઈએ.

વિચારોમાં મતભેદ થવા સ્વાભાવિક છે. તે ઘણી વખત વધુ સારા નિર્ણયો અને નવી દિશાઓ આપે છે. પરંતુ ધ્યેયમાં મતભેદ ક્યારેય ન હોવા જોઈએ.

આપણી મંજિલ એક જ છે – વધુ મજબૂત, વધુ સંગઠિત અને વધુ સશક્ત દશા સોરઠિયા વણિક સમાજ.

આ એકતાને વધુ મજબૂત બનાવવા અને આવનારી પેઢીઓ માટે સુમેળભર્યા સંબંધો સ્થાપિત કરવા માટે હું સમાજના તમામ વર્ગોના, યુવક મંડળ, મહિલા મંડળ, મંદિર સમિતિ, સમર્પિત સભ્યોને,  “મહાજન પ્રોટોકોલ કમિટી” માં જોડાવા માટે આમંત્રણ આપું છું.

આ કમિટીનો હેતુ મહાજન અને તેની વિવિધ પાંખો વચ્ચે સ્પષ્ટ કાર્યપદ્ધતિ, સંવાદ વ્યવસ્થા, પરસ્પર જવાબદારીઓ અને સંબંધોની રૂપરેખા ઘડવાનો રહેશે.

આવી આશા રાખીએ કે સંબંધોની આ વ્યવસ્થા ઘડવા માટે આ પ્રથમ અને છેલ્લી કમિટી સાબિત થાય, જેથી આવનારી પેઢીઓ માત્ર તેના લાભો પ્રાપ્ત કરે અને સમાજ સતત પ્રગતિના માર્ગે આગળ વધતો રહે.

ચાલો, આપણે બધા મળીને અદ્રશ્ય દિવાલો તોડી નાખીએ.

એક જ ટેબલ પર બેસીએ.

એક જ સપનાઓ જોઈએ.

એકબીજાની સફળતાઓની ઉજવણી કરીએ.

અને એક હૃદય તથા એક ધ્યેય સાથે આગળ વધીએ.

એક હાથ જોડાય તો પ્રાર્થના બને છે.

અને જ્યારે અનેક હાથ જોડાય છે ત્યારે પ્રગતિની અપરાજિત શક્તિ સર્જાય છે.

આપણા સમાજનું ભવિષ્ય કેટલી સમિતિઓ બનાવીએ તેના પર નહીં, પરંતુ આપણે કેટલી એકતા અને સહકારથી કાર્ય કરીએ તેના પર નિર્ભર રહેશે.

ચાલો, અલગ અલગ સમિતિઓ તરીકે નહીં, પરંતુ એક ગૌરવશાળી અને સંગઠિત પરિવાર તરીકે આગળ વધીએ.

યાદ રાખીએ:

એક સમાજ – એક મહાજન – એક દ્રષ્ટિ – એક ભવિષ્ય

સાથે મળીને આપણે તે બધું હાંસલ કરી શકીએ છીએ, જે કોઈ એક વ્યક્તિ કે એક સમિતિ એકલી ક્યારેય હાંસલ કરી શકે નહીં.

Pranam and Jai Shree Krishna to my entire Samaj family,

As I look at the incredible tapestry of our Shree Nagpur Gujarati Dasha Sorathiya Vanik Samaj, my heart fills with immense gratitude. Every corner of our community thrives because of the unique energy, dedication, and service that each one of you brings. We are blessed with a rich legacy built over generations through trust, culture, mutual respect, and the tireless efforts of our elders.

A Mahajan is not merely an organization. It is a living institution that represents the collective strength, identity, values, and aspirations of our Samaj. It is the foundation upon which our community has stood for decades.

However, just as a tree grows tall and bears fruit only when its roots and branches remain deeply connected, our Samaj can flourish only when all its extensions work together with a common purpose.

• The Mahajan is the root that provides stability, continuity, and direction.
• The Yuvak Mandal is the vibrant branch that brings energy, innovation, leadership, and the vision of tomorrow.
• The Mahila Mandal is the compassionate heartbeat of our community, preserving family values, nurturing relationships, and strengthening our social fabric.
• The Mandir Samiti is our spiritual anchor, preserving our faith, culture, traditions, and sacred heritage for future generations.

Each has a distinct role, yet all share a common purpose — the welfare, progress, and unity of our Samaj.

A branch cannot flourish without the tree, and a tree cannot appear complete without its branches. Similarly, the Mahajan, Yuvak Mandal, Mahila Mandal, and Mandir Samiti are not separate entities competing for identity; they are complementary parts of the same family.

Sometimes, in the course of managing our individual responsibilities, we may unintentionally begin to function as separate islands. But the truth remains that we belong to the same ocean.

There should never be a feeling of “us” and “them.” There is only “we.”

When the youth succeed, the Mahajan succeeds.

When the women lead, the Mahajan grows stronger.

When the temple flourishes, our culture remains alive.

When the Mahajan progresses, every extension benefits.

My vision as your President is not one of hierarchy, but of partnership.

No wing is smaller. No wing is larger.

The Mahajan exists to support, encourage, guide, and create opportunities for every member and every extension of our Samaj.

We need the enthusiasm of our youth, the wisdom and care of our women, and the spiritual dedication of our Mandir Samiti to be woven directly into the core functioning of the Mahajan. Likewise, every extension should feel that the Mahajan is their own institution, working alongside them and not above them.

Differences of opinion are natural and healthy. They often lead to better ideas and stronger decisions. However, differences in purpose should never exist. Our destination remains the same — a stronger, more united, and more empowered Dasha Sorathiya Vanik Samaj.

To strengthen this spirit of cooperation and ensure harmonious relationships for generations to come, I invite dedicated members from all sections of our community, Yuvak Mandal, Mahila Mandal, Mandir Samiti, to come forward and join a Mahajan Protocol Committee. The purpose of this committee will be to establish clear guidelines, communication channels, and working protocols between the Mahajan and its various extensions.

Let this be the first and last committee required to define these relationships. Once mutual respect, roles, responsibilities, and protocols are established, future generations can simply reap the benefits of a unified and progressive system.

Let us break down any invisible walls.

Let us sit at the same table.

Let us share the same dreams.

Let us celebrate each other’s successes.

Let us work with one heart and one purpose.

A single folded hand is a prayer.

Many joined hands become an unstoppable force.

The future of our Samaj will not be determined by how many committees we create, but by how well we work together.

Let us therefore move forward not as separate committees, but as one united and proud family.

Let Us Remember:

One Samaj. One Mahajan. One Vision. One Future.

 

Together, we can achieve far more than any individual group can ever achieve alone.
